Bareilly: In a remarkable achievement for the city, 12-year-old shooter Darsh Kashyap has won a gold medal in a shooting competition, showcasing exceptional talent at a young age.
Darsh secured first place in the 10-meter Indoor Air Rifle category at a shooting championship organized by the Pacific Club, Jail Road, Bareilly. His impressive performance earned him the top position among competitors and brought pride to the local shooting community.
Darsh is the son of Deepchandra Kashyap, a resident of Police Housing Colony on Jail Road, Bareilly. According to the Bareilly Rifle Club, he has been undergoing regular training at the club’s shooting range since August 2024 and has demonstrated consistent dedication and discipline toward the sport.
Congratulating the young marksman on his achievement, officials of the Bareilly Rifle Club praised his hard work and determination. They expressed confidence that Darsh has a bright future ahead in competitive shooting and can achieve even greater success at higher levels.
